Important priorities

Asked how to balance the private and business life and how to do it, Lejla said:

“It is important to know the priorities and do not try to be overcome. We simply can not do everything because we do not have time for everything and we do not have to feel guilty about it. ”

She also added that she was dedicated to the job only, and when she was home, she was only devoted to the family. Tamara added that the most important moments for her are her family. As a mother of three daughters she found what she was looking forward to was playing a game with each one of her children at the end of every day.

Many thanks to the mentors for their wise insights and excellent questions from the participants.
